Health Qigong Classes.

Enjoy many of the health and relaxation benefits of Tai Chi through short, easy to learn exercises combining gentle movement and breathing.
At Hand of the Wind Qigong classes you will learn Taoyin Qigong breathing exercises; these are short sequences of movements co-ordinated with breathing designed to promote good health.  Health Qigong classes are an ideal way for new students to enjoy their first experiences of Qigong and Tai Chi training as the exercises are much shorter and easier to learn than the more involved Tai Chi Forms.

Alongside the Taoyin Qigong, the classes also cover Standing Qigong and partner exercises to develop Qi sensitivity and awareness.

Classes run in 12 week blocks which coincide with school term times and students enrol for the full 12 week course.
